Our chefs take great care to create menus reflecting the Rogue Valley’s four distinct seasons, so your palate never hits a rut eating the same dishes month after month. Our chefs are experts at balancing delightful flavor profiles and nutrition with various dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and heart-healthy.
Enjoy dishes like filet mignon or pork chops in our fine-dining restaurant, Arden. Or nosh on comfort dishes like flatbreads, grilled cheese sammies, and pasta milano in our casual Quail’s Nest Bistro. Our main dining and private dining rooms round out our dining venues.
And you’ll thoroughly enjoy every dining experience—our attentive servers make sure of that. Whether you’re dining as one or at a table of 21, our dining staff quickly learns how you take your coffee, when you’d like your appetizer to arrive, and how you like your steak cooked.
