Which is why the views from our high-rise apartments on our campus are especially stunning. In fact, the views you can enjoy here are arguably the best views you’ll find in all of Medford.
You can choose one of 300 apartments in either of our residential buildings and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding Cascade Range. Before you move in, our design team works with you to customize your apartment with your choice of paint color, carpeting, and flooring. You can even enhance your new home with additional customizations. Yep, you’ll love how living looks from up here.

Our three high-rise buildings also house many of the amenities that our campus has to offer, including on-site dining venues, hobby rooms, two fitness centers and aquatic center, a doctor’s office, and healthcare services.
